Their response is relatively quick. They do not delay on the pick up or delay in the delivery. Infact they come earlier than the said time and are patiently willing to wait without sulking to deliver the rug. The rug was delivered wrapped with plastic. They wanted to open and put it back at the original place for me however I told them to leave it to me. They opened the rug and showed me the condition. I must say it’s perfectly done. Restored back to it’s original. Felt like new all over again. It’s definitely worth the price. I am beyond satisfied with the service… I must also comment on the service guys, they are friendly, and being very respectful. They dint rush into anything.

Communication on WhatsApp was quick and was able to book next day. Guys arrived on time, very nice and very good through job. Price was reasonable and stain was removed. Would recommend.

I had a couch and cushion chair cleaned. They were very grimy with a number of spill stains. Absolute did a fantastic job getting almost everything out. Just one or two spot stains that had been there for a long time couldn’t be gotten out, but the appearance of the stain was dramatically reduced. Overall, they were punctual and very professional. Great service and great results. 🙂

Myokoko was doing a great service cleaning our carpet. This is the second time he did the cleaning our carpet and he did a very good job. He arrived on time and took his time to clean the carpet. Highly recommended and will ask his service again next time. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
